In this workshop, John will take a light-hearted look at getting started in astronomy, from star gazing off the cottage dock to the black holes of high tech astronomical gadgetry. Using astronomical theme music, and images from some of the best star gazing sites around the world, he will explore the human spirit's connection with the night sky.
