Peter Brown

(The Perseid Meteoroid Stream: What We Know About It And How To Observe It) is a graduate student at the University of Western Ontario who is specializing in meteor physics. Peter has recently completed work on an eight year analysis of Perseid meteor shower activity and is currently working on a numerical simulation of the formation of the stream.

Peter will describe methods used for observations that will make them useful for scientific analysis. In addition, based on his extensive research, he will give us some insight into what to expect from the Perseids in 1996 and the upcoming years.
