The above books are stored with Norm Folkers. In the interest of expediency, any books may be borrowed for as long as required provided the borrower's name is recorded for each book. This will, in effect, be the book's "current library". That way when new books are donated to the club, they may remain with the contributer until they are borrowed, at which time it has "moved" to its new Library. This way the club has a distributed library, only the index (catalog) is centralized. To Start with, all the above books are "located" at Norm Folkers'. Any donations need only have their titles registered with the Librarian (presently Norm Folkers) while the book, etc. remains with the contributor until borrowed.
