Paul Markov (The Observing Logbook), is a program manager at
ATI Technologies Inc, and an experienced deep sky observer. His logbook
contains descriptions of more than 800 deep sky objects that he has observed
since first looking through a telescope in 1982.
Paul will discuss the benefits of recording your observations in an
observing logbook, review what choices you have in selecting a logbook
format, suggest what information you should record in a logbook, and how to
best utilize computer databases for maintaining observations. This
presentation will be of interest to amateurs at any level of experience.
