Herb Koller is an educator who has shared his enthusiasm with students for nearly 40 years. Aside from his recent co-authoring of the Starry Night Middle and High School products, Herb has also presented numerous workshops on improving science classes using Starry Night.

Pedro Braganca, the Content Director at Imaginova Canada, is an avid astronomer who enjoys speaking to educational groups. He was Project Manager on both Starry Night products.

"Astronomy in the Classroom with Starry Night" Starry Night's innovative new astronomy education packages integrate hands-on and computer activities to provide complete learning experiences. Participants will learn how to use Starry NightŪ software to meet the needs of a variety of learners as they address the expectations in the Earth and Space strand of the Grade 6-12 Curriculum.

Demo software will be provided and must be pre-installed before the workshop. Ensure your laptop meets the minimum system requirements to run Starry Night version 5.8.
