A Starfest Romance
In June, 1995 Peggy Torney, now President of the Kingston Centre of
the
Royal Astronomical Society of Canada, met John Hurley, Windsor Centre, at
the General Assembly in Windsor. A month later, Starfest provided the
opportunity for love to bloom.
On Saturday, July 5, 1997, Peggy and John were married in Kingston. John has
moved to Kingston because the skies are darker! We wish them galaxies of
good wishes and clear skies for a long and happy life together.
