NYAA News — October 1996

	OCT 25 — Star Hill Inn Expedition a Success! The dozen participants were treated to 5 out of 8 nights clear. One night was a total write-off, while the other two were partially usable. The club's new refractor got a good workout too!
	OCT 28 — More Fame for NYAA Members Ray Thompson was honoured with the RASC's Ken Chilton prize at the Society's 1996 General Assembly. Andreas Gada had a total solar eclipse photo published in SkyNews. Way to go guys!
