Astro-Illustration Workshop (Report by Marc Castel)
We had a superb Astro-illustration workshop on July 6th. Many thanks to
John Clemmer for leading the workshop. John provided tools and expert advise
for making sketches of the moon following which we enjoyed a perfect
cloudless evening for observing and sketching Luna. Each member had their
own scope & or binos to use at the new observing facility at Wild Flower
Ridge Observatory. In attendance were John C, Marc C., Bob M. Rosemary K.,
Abe S., and Brian O. regrets Ramesh P., Stefan S., Elizabeth D. I was
particularly pleased to see the number of members interested in this aspect
of astronomy -- a well rounded blend of science, technology and art.
Thanks again to John Clemmer for providing his time and expertise.

July 26 -- Bog Update (Report by Andreas Gada)
This past weekend Danny, John MacRitchie and I were able to reinstall
the White scope in the BOG. The observatory is now functional and
available for use.
