Conditions of Entry

  1. There is no entry fee of any kind. Submission of entry form constitutes acceptance of the “Conditions of Entry.”

  2. Entries must be received at the registration desk on Saturday August 22, 1998 by 10:00 a.m.

  3. Only one entry may be submitted in any one of the sections. However, entrants may submit entries in as many sections as they desire.

  4. Permission to reproduce entries in connection with the salon is assumed unless otherwise stated on the entry form.

  5. The NYAA reserves the right to reassign any award whenever entrants have not followed the conditions of entry, whether done inadvertently or not.

  6. All possible care will be taken in handling entries, but the NYAA cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage in transit or during exhibition.

  7. All photographs must have been taken within the last five years.
