We are very excited about the new tent we have been able to obtain in which to hold our presentations. The new tent is a 40' by 120' free standing frame tent with 8' high walls.

It is made of a white space age material that reflects the sun's light and heat, and is 100% opaque. This should make it darker and cooler inside the tent than the green and brown canvas tent we had been using.

The absence of center support posts should also improve visibility of the screen. The addition of ceiling fans to keep the air moving should improve the comfort as well.
